Have you recently graduated from a vocational technical school, a post-high school trade school or a certificate program in construction trades? Or are you currently a Structural Preservation Systems (SPS) field employee with a desire to expand your skills and leadership abilities?
Allow us to introduce you to SPS’ Preservation Apprentice Career Development (PACD) Program. The goal of this program is to offer you comprehensive preparation for future craftsmen and leadership opportunities.
Throughout the program’s field rotations, you will be assigned a personal Field Rotation Mentor. With interactive training and customized career development, you will be exposed to diverse projects and new technology involving concrete, masonry, waterproofing, caulking, coatings, strengthening and carpentry, as well as safety on the job.

As a Preservation Apprentice you will develop field skills such as:

- Degree from high school vo-tech program, post-high school trade school, construction certificate program or basic experience in an SPS trade skill
